This new housing area is going to be a good address in JB to live in with its modern design and landscape. The beauty is there is only one way to the area therefore cutting down on traffic and away from shoplots making it a very nice place to stay indeed. I project this are is going to increase in prices if Setia is manage to atttract major retailers to set up their shops there. Surrounding the areas are 300,000 residents and new housing areas set to increase that. A new highway from NS highway is going to link to the new JB custom by 2010 and cutting down the travelling time to 10mins. This is going to attract many Singaporeans and Malaysians PR working in Singapore to invest. I have bought a corner lot type Rays and this glass concept is getting popular among young professionals.

Hello Gan,
I visited the place last year, seen the show units. Very modern designs, indeed. I agree the location is good.

At that time, I noticed, some phases were almost sold out, some much less so. Can you advise how sales are today? Of all current launches, overall 50% sold? 70%?
TQ!

The units are mostly sold. I would say about 80%.

After 2 years wait, Setia Tropika is going to handover the keys to the residents. More goodies provided:

1. Upgrade parameter fencing from 5ft to 6ft
2. 1st developer to provide centrex services which allows residents to call each other for free and intercom the guard house for free.
3. Three years termite warranty
4. Each precint comes with central park with nice landscape

I never regret buying this house...Its going to be a fantastic location with major highways connected to it

yes..the house is differnet from the rest in Malaysia and doesnt seem to be like in Malaysia. More like Singapore taste. I know the reason. The strategy is to attract Singaporeans and PRs working in Singapore to buy and I guess it works. A large percentage of buyers work in Singapore
