I'm affraid gurney drive is not a good investment spot anymore after i have viewed E&O master plan for Seri Tanjung Pinang.
The phase 2 reclaim land will covered all the view from Gurney drive, so i think the best investment now might be in Tanjung Tokong.
heard they is an international school to be build in Seri tanjung Pinang as well....
the bungalow and semi D in Seri Tanjung Pinang almost finish.... but i heard that the new condo is coming out.... 7 towers, 2 low rise and 5 high rise, the swimming pool is very big.... is like a water park. haha...
should be launching end of october or early november, but not in Malaysia.
E&O will bring the project to shang hai, hong kong, singapore, Korea, japan and australia.
malaysia will be last i think....
the price is reasonable, average on RM750/sf
the sizes are 2000sf to 2400 sf.
2+1 room and 3+1 rooms, i think the hall and room should be very big.
haha... so i think what we can see in the future is IJM (the light) Vs E&O (Seri Tanjung Pinang.) |
