| Any comments on Seri Maya high rise condo? Recently read The star clasified, noticed quite alot of unit wana to sell at >< RM270K 1125sf. any comments? |

The units sold on secondary market are probably from Havanna (?). Those units were sold at around RM230K (according to a friend who bought one). RM270K selling price sounds like a good clean profit of a few thousands.
The 3rd phase (called Savanna?) is selling RM270K onwards, so I'm not sure these one are on sale as yet.

RM270K is kinda expensive. m sure wait for a while the price wil drop down as more unit completing in this area. |

those are reffering to the jelatek's tower... tower 1 and tower 2....
most were bought at under 200k!!!!
and now selling for 270k and above!!!!
a friend bought one at 290k! aiyoo.... handsome profit there!!!
very good demand it seems....

R u sure they were bought below 200k? Anybody owned a developer's seri maya unit? |

yeah very sure... felt so silly i did not buy the jelatek 1 and 2 when they were released 2/3 years ago!!!... it was under 200k... but mostly 185k-220k range!
its all sold by the time i've decided to buy....
in the end i bought the 3rd phase havanna... will be completed end 2006! its a little bigger than the jelatek/lanai units...

| does anyone know if the offer of a 10% downpayment and 0% till completion date is still on? i assume this applies to the latest - havanna, which won't be ready till 2007? |

yeah they still have that package going on but only with OUB bank only for havanna and savanah i think.
havanna should be ready end of 2006.
but some say it will be realy much sooner like middle 2006!

As you turn into Jalan Jelatek from Jln Ampang, the 2 seri maya towers spectacularly grab your view!
Couldn't resist going into the showroom to have a look.
Havana totally sold out and going to be handed over next month!
Savanna, a few units with basically no view are available.
In my opinion, this is a superb development and location, and the premium price reflects it.
Similar to VW, traffic is always an issue but setiawangsa LRT is just across the road.
