for me i also like to live there in my opinion it is a developing city so given a chance, it is also best place to say apart from kuala lumpur

properties here are cheap compared to KL. but why is that nobody wanna stay in S'ban? i mean, i have some friends in Seremban and most of them are in KL. Could it be that job opportunity here are lacking? Seremban is between Mlk and KL, why is it still so "backward"?

In terms of job opportunities, Seremban is way way behind compared to the Klang Valley.

Why most people stay in KL rather than commuting from Seremban?
1. Cost. With petrol prices as it is... it is not going to be easy on your wallet/purse. Consider also car maintenance.
2. Distance. Less than an hour drive to KL from Seremban 2. KTM komuter takes about 1 hour 10 minutes from Seremban to KL Sentral.

With that said, the prices of Seremban 2 properties do look attractive if compared to the KL.
