Hi all,

I was recently introduced to the owner of an under construction property who is willing to sell her unit to me at a very good price. The property is about 6 months from completion, but the owner wants to let go of the property quickly as she has some problems.

My questions are:
-Can this be done at all?
-What are the procedures for the buyer and seller?
- Will the buyer have any difficulty getting a loan?

Hope someone can offer advice. Thank you.

i think the best is to check with the developer since the title owner is still the developer. it's the developer descretion to allow the subsale transaction before the property is handed over.
