Any members here are working in Legal Firm who can provide me an answer for my curiosity?

As we can see now, most of the Residential (Taman-taman) in Klang Valley are guarded by securities. Residents have to pay monthly security fees. However, are this fees compulsary? If we do not wish to subscribe, do they (the securities) has the right to block us from going back to our own house?

Hi,

the guard do not have right to block anybody to enter the area although not all residents are paying for the fees.

But they will only care about the house for those who pay.

If they heard your alarm trigger and you are not in the list. They have right not to help.

Fair?

Ya, it's fair. But my friend pay them and purposely trigger the alarm with all lights off. then observe the guard. What they doing? stand opposite the house and never come to the house to ring the bell or ask anything.

Pay or not pay? ITS THE SAME!!!!!!!!!

Of course not all guards are the same.
