hi. i'm thinking of getting a unit at pelangi damansara 1 condominium (near ikano), but i heard that there's a handful of foreign workers staying there.
as such, is the condo safe? is palm spring better in terms of security?

are there any other issues that i should know about pelangi?

I wonder if it's such a bother going thru all the topic or even to click search for Pelangi Damansara thread? Aiyo, all those have been discussed already eh! Check out the Investment Thread. it should be there, alternatively use the search function. Very Happy
