He was calling me a MAD DOG ! Do you think any CIVILISED person will do that ? Next time we will hear he killed someone bcos somebody disagree with him and he will call it very 'civilised' to kill.
Actually dogs are better than some uncivilised barbarians ! So please don't insult dogs ! They are men's best friend in most parts of the world !
Obviously, he has bought some properties in savannah and trying to sell them or a real estate agent for a heavy profit ! |

Adik beli rumah ni untuk adik singgah beristirehat kalau adik ke Kandang Lembu untuk berniaga , tapi bukan untuk semata-mata untung aje..RUMAH singgah aje..Sebab adik nak balik TANAM JAGUNG ~ Sebab ASTRO ajar..JAGUNG BOLEH BUAT BIODIESEL , MAKAN TERNAKAN , Minyak JAGUNG BAIK untuk Kesihatan , TAPI kat Malaysia tak ada JAGUNG jenis tu..ada JAGUNG MANIS TAIWAN aje..
WAHAI ABANG HUNKY yang ALIM LAGI PANDAI , sekarang adik betul hilang AKAL pasal nak tanam jagung ker , tanam sawit .. sebab sawit tu boleh harvest lepas 18bulan sebijik dua tu , selapas 3 tahun matang nanti..tiaptiap 20hari boleh harvest satu kali , tapi JAGUNG ni , 3 bulan habis production kena potong dan bakar . Bakar-bakar tu nanti orang Kandang Lembu lagi asap tebal yang nama orang puteh itu HAZe lagi HAZY..

With the announcement of the new LRT route today, a lot of better and cheaper and newer condo will be connected. All the landed will be connected as well.
It make less sense more to consider savanna now at this premium.
Even Setia walk in puchong is a clear winner to savanna now. |

Extension Alignment
The proposed Kelana Jaya LRT extension line will commence from Lembah Subang – Kelana Business Centre, through Subang, USJ, Alam Megah and ending at the hub in Putra Heights. The proposed line will consist of 13 new stations and approximately 17km of guideway.
The proposed Ampang LRT extension line will commence from the present Sri Petaling station, passing through Puchong, Kinrara and ending at the hub in Putra Heights. The proposed line will consist of 13 new stations and approximately 17.7km of guideway.
All stations will have facilities such as lifts, escalators,public telephones, suraus and toilets. The stations will also be equipped with facilities for the physically disabled such as ramps, lifts, tactiles, low ticket counters and toilets.

Thanks for the helpful sites. It is going to be interesting to see how the new extensions will affect perception of areas it runs through. Old psychographical alignments will have to be redrawn. Think there would be quite a number who would herald its coming & those whose properties have not been cut a wide enough swathe from the extensions, it would also prove to be a bane to a few too. But we have to look at the greater good.

Sama-sama daryl , kewl ~ property gonna gain up very soon ! cos Metal for construction is rising so fast ..around 1k per tone this few days..soon pricing gonna gone up , i really worry economy is so slow but everything going to increase !!! ...how the economy will go ahead ~

Yes does make u wonder right with the way things are inflating!! Really wonder if it'll all give way soon. But the g-men is also banking on real estate to bolster the economy to a tune of 20b over the next 10 years. Will KL become a metropolis for foreign ownership, with a day population & by night the city is vacant when locals scurry back to the suburbs?

As a country i think we have a lot to offer. As a people we show great promise. We're afterall still a very young nation. And our real estate values are still based on fundamentals & backed by a prudent financial system. Call me naive if u like!
