errm..for the info..u can go to berjaya times square . 2nd floor at BERJAYA property showroom..u can see the unit model...then from savanna u can see a small path from savanna 2 just beside the savanna block B visitor parking there. they all must walk to the pool ~ for ur info..32 units all..they manage to sell 50% cos all staff purchase..they buy thought they gonna EARN BIG BUCKS...cos..got staff purchase discount..if 10percent + bumi discount..i think they thought they wanna buy it first..keep to lay golden eggs that can give them a secure rm80-100k profit first....So for those who wanna to buy the EXCLUSIVE SHIT 32UNITs..share those gym , sauna , toilet , child care , swiming pool with SAVANNA ...Maybe they dont go to school..cikgu cakap..ORANG TAMAK SELALU RUGI !!!

To clear your Doubts ..You can call the mobile hotline Ms. Teo .ask her what is going on .if possible get a call recorder to record down everything u ask her..so next time got proof .or ask her to reply to us over here what is going on with BERJAYA savanna + savanna 2 ? we buy that time ..never stated there we need to share all stuff with savanna 2 + illegals hotel. ask her what is going on and request her to setup a MEETING with residents ASAP to clear our doubts!!!!!!

IF u interested to buy..ask ur lawyer to add another line in SPA ...there will be no more Covillea 2 + no student hostel + illegal hotel operators.. or whatever to share your Covillea Facilities..

May I know when you 1st purchased from Berjaya, did the sales girl tell you that Savanna would be the 1st phase development and there would be subsequent phases also ? If they fail to inform, then it is a misrepresentation, so there would be Savanna3, Savanna4,............., all in a family sharing the same facilities ?!!
Vice Versa, I wonder if they tell prospective Savanna2 buyers that they will be sharing the facilities with Savanna ?!!

For Your INFO ..SAVANNA 2 ...left 5 more units.. 600k for normal .700k for garden unit. the showroom was awesome !!!!!!!!! mostly is staff purchase..the sub-sales price will 1M at least..they wanna GORENG like char kueh tiew !!!! fried till so high !!!! the workmanship is much much better than savanna..cos mostly the purchasing people is those managers + directors in BERJAYA....but pity they dont have swimming pools. let us see whether see the INVESTMENT GAMBLING for them success or not ~ just lay your butt to book a unit at SAVANNA 2 can laid up golden eggs worth 400k profits..Smile but..think twice..there low rise....FIRST ..Mosquito + insects attack..i hope all the buyer of savanna 2 is a blood bank .Then They gonna enjoy the dust + sound pollution from Covillea for a during at least 2 years .The construction work will start on September NEXT Month ! Good Luck to them..paying 600k to enjoy such peacefully environment ! Smile Maybe after 2 years the sub-sales will benefit rm1M. Smile GOOD LUCK future neighbour

dear all, being some time i did not logged into this forum. let me share some stuffs with you guys. I had spoken to my lawyer freidn and some officials in the ministry of housing & dev. the operator Mr. Sajit at his cell-phone 0172597466 is the so-called operator for the hotels. he told my lawyer that it's a long term rental which contradicts with the daily rates available on the website. my lawyer would investigate his office/residence and forward the info to the police , if needed.
suggestions to remedy this URGENTLY:
1. to form our own residents meeting face-2-face IMMEDIATELY. this can only be done if some few good samaitans initiate something. may we just initiate a meeting something early this week to discuss some actions going forward soonest possible? say this week wednesday 26th Aug 2009, pool side guard area @ 8pm. This Mr. Sajit can come along as well if he wants.

2. Residents interim members to be created and this will meet up the management in Berjaya with Mr. Gan and team to remedy this. Bring Mr. Kim, CEO of Hanju in Block B-05-01 too.

3. MP Teresa Kok shall be advised on this matter (Seputeh area) and press too. With this, the police will then be made known.

4. Other action points wil be discussed over during the meet-up.

Bro somebodyson; can bring Mr. Andrew Yap too since President mah - have to act like one la (though self-claimed).

What you guys think?

donald$ bro , first the hanju savanna Mr KIM is operating this in BLOCK B , then he come and he dont understand english at all , he is that sluts type. i think u can call to ms teo , mr gan lady boss to direct herself to come over and settle out this issue with all those illegal operators.Now we facing illegal hotels + student hostel , to win against them , we should control the access by finger print access , or else how we going to trace which student , which is thief , which is ghost . We need to prevent it before anything happend.Cikgu cakap " CEGAH SEBELUM PARAH " Your 8pm this wednesday ? those buka puasa u check the buka puasa time already or not? i think Andrew Yap is keeping his eyes on this forum . okie..but i going to outstation on wednesday..u guys update me the minute of the meeting ..anyway.. u guys meet up ? how many people ? have u talk with your lawyer bout the sharing facilities with SAVANNA 2 ? maybe you can highlight it and help us to gain some deduction since we are sharing with students + future ..i think the swimming pool + the gym + sauna needs to have a counter to issue tickets to wait for the turns. you want to check with his office? just check with the management .i am sure those illegal hotels operator will issue the payment for monthly maintenance charges...

Based few students information+source , i managed to find out who is the manager in charge of SAVANNA behalf of SAJID ..he been all the while in the facebook . His name is Zamri. His office in Savanna is based on A-17-06 . his photo already post in 2nd page of ..savanna.lefora.com/2009/08/17/savanna-being-operated-like-a-few-hotels/
