I 've agree with seller's to used his lawyer to speed up the process, but now i have some worries to my S&P, hope your guy can help me for that:-
House Type : Apartment
Price : RM170,000
Title : Only Master title and starta time haven issue out
Thru : direct to owner and had paid 2% deposit to him
1. The 8% remaining downpayment suppose to put owner name or lawyer name in the bank draft when i has sign the S&P? lawyer prefer to put Owner name, izzit correct?
2. I requested to view the S&P first before confirm to sign the S&P, but the lawyer said do not need to worry bout that, she will on that day to explain to me before sign. Izzit okay for that?
3. Which docoments i need to review first before i sign the S&P. as i know
- S&P
- Stamp duty form
- Deed of assignment
- Land search report
- CTOS report
- redepmtion statement from seller.
anything else.
Please advice me all my sifu in here... thanks |
