- Next to Setia Jaya KTM Station (5 mins walking distance)
- Beside Taylors College and Kurnia building
- Walking distance to Sunway Pyramid, banks, nice food eateries etc
Medium Room:
- Has ceiling fan and light
- Not furnished
- RM280/month
- Available in late Aug
Small Room:
- Has ceiling fan and light
- Not furnished
- RM250/month
- Available now
Deposit and other fees:
- 1 month rent + RM100 elec&water deposit (and 1 month advanced rent of course)
- Add RM44 per month to share 1M streamyx broadband
- Add RM50 per month to have own car park inside Mentari Court
Available for inspection after 27th July 2008.
Just for ur information, current tenant is a chinese female (working).
Dining table, gas, stove, fridge are available for use.
(There's no sofa, tv and washing machine at the moment.)
