the salesman mentioned that rivercity condo will become part of a 5-in-1 integrated commercial development.. project will start 2009 |

Hi estonian,
I've checked Rivercity before, but opted to buy Symphony Heights in Selayang. It's very near to Batu Caves roundabout - MRR2 & Jalan Kuching. _________________ Regards,

I will suggest you pay a visit to these site.
Personally I been to these three project, initially I booked symphony height but end up cancel due to: -
1) Leasehold
2) Commercial title i.e. your water and electricity bill will be expensive than residential
3) Too many units, imagine total 1000 units and 22 units in a floor sharing 3 lift
4) One car park only
End up I purchased 1 Sentul. |

i see.. 1,081 sqft rm300K? it sounds overprice for me.
probably its a freehold land i think...

Both the project is near to KLCC.
Rovercity is along Jln Ipoh whereas 1 Sentul is along Jalan Sentul |

After discount I pay about RM280K, still within my budget.
As the thing attract me is the property is managed by Khong and Jaafar. Is quite a well known property management company. |

Initially tot of own stay, however, now is more for investment purpose. Lately i read some articles in the newspaper under the property section, the expected upcoming boom area will be Sentul/Jln Ipoh Area and I am very sure that Sentul will be another spot.
Those vacant land next to 1 Sentul also sold to two developers who is going to build the commercial area and condominium. This is what I read from newspaper. |

I heard 1sentul is a problem project. one of my friend a Senior Manager in Maybank said the developer stop the project untill future notice.
these noon I travel from Nilai to the sites project, and i see... very beautiful sign board and show house, but thereis no people there. I drove to Sri suajaya condo the opposite building and go to 5 floor and I didn't see any work progress. there is no people at the site. and all grass with the big holes full with water in the middle of the project. the project truly abandon!!!
Lucky I dont buy this project. so sorry for those buyer.
