Hi all!
I need your advice on the matter of vacating rented house.
I decided to move out from the house rented from an irresponsible and rude landlord who doesn't pay quit rent until the house is put under confiscation warrant.
The issue now is the landlord trying to elude me and does not want to show up or pick up my calls (I guess it is because he is afraid that I will demand back my tenancy deposit).
So, since the landlord doesnt want to show up and inspect the house or get back keys from me, what can I do right now to make sure I hold no liabilities of the house after I move out and wont be accused later on for any damages inside the house?
Besides, Is there a way I can prevent him from moving away his own furniture inside the house and accusing me stealing his furniture in the house?
