I observed the interest rate offered are the same for whatever loan amount... 100k or 590k still the same...

There is one post in this forum mentioned that the rate will be lower if loan amount higher... but seems it's not true.

Hey kc, supposed there are so many people are offering you best rates. Perhaps you apply a few banks which you think is best of preference and choice. Especifically terms and condition is one of the most important factor.
