I am European.
I am relocating with my malaysian wife to KL.
We are thinking about renting with option to buy.

Is it possible to rent an unfurnished house in Desa Park City for about 2000 RM?

In DPC there are many types of houses, like adiva, zenia, adora etc.
Which house could i get for this rental price?

And which real estate agents are reliable in KL?
Because my wife called a few agents, but they all tell different stories.

Pleas can anybody help?

Where can I find info on rental markets in Desa city? For example, I'd imagine a college town might have a 50% rental market while a very rural secluded area might only be 15%. I know these figures are out there.. where can i find them? Anyone have a link?
