actually i heard someone say if the developer if failed to give the key that they promise they will pay us. is it true?

hi all,

i'm just toying with the idea of selling my unit in renjana. Mine is type A, P-13-2. Anybody knows the procedure of doing this? since we still have not gotten the key and god knows what are the status of our condo now... Rolling Eyes

I did ask chris, but selling my unit to the developer cannot untung la..

My wife spoke to Rachel(Developer office) a few days ago. Now pending approval for 1 last paper out of 7 for the CF. Most likely can get the keys in June. They'll call owners by batch (FIFO) to collect keys.

Hi everyone,

I spoke to Rachel of Wangsa Eramoden Office yesterday and she informed that from June onwards the Management Office will be sending out letters to all unit owners based on FIFO ( first in , first out ).
Once we receive the letter, we are to contact the site office to make an appointment to view our individual unit for inspection.

So if everything is OK, then depending on renovation works , we can move in. She also mentioned that we need to install the grill gate at the unit entrance. I think it may be a standard requirement.

I dont want to get too excited, but if anyone of you can also find out if this is the stage it will be good and we can start planning.....

Hi Jane,

We got the same news from Rachel a few weeks back when my wife spoke to her. Hope what she said is true and we get the keys ASAP.

Regarding the grill, the management cannot force us to put the grill but only can set the design standard for us to follow if we wanna fix grill. At least this is my understanding. Any way, I guess most of us would fix the grill to our units. Perhaps we can exchange the contacts of contractors and see who can give a better price.

I called Rachel this afternoon. She informed that we are going to get the letter by middle of June. Then, we can go directly to the condo and get the keys from the condo office.

I am really looking forward to this. This is my own house....hahahahaha......
