hmmm.... call to the developer and check with them. Target May / June or maybe Late to get the key. They said still waiting for apply TNB & water. Cos have some buyers late submit the application form. Why the developer giving alot of reason, due of some late submit, affect the rest buyers. why before they giving the dateline and some buyer still not follow?? if like tat, developer cant bcos of them n drag the submitsion. If not why need to giving the dateline. Is not fair to the rest buyers. Mad

Guys... there has been no changes in renjana for the past 1 month but if you noticed.. the hardware shop next door is getting bigger and bigger... what is going on?
Will we get the keys any time sooner?

Hi Guys,
I'm the new joiner of your group. I had check with the developer. They said they will send 1 more letter for us to collect RM500.00 for deposit and RM10.00 for registration fee of TNB. And they said we only can get the key on mid of the year 2008. Rolling Eyes

Hi Guys, I just received the TNB deposit form yesterday.. Need to pay RM 500 for TNB as deposit....the letter stated last day to submit is on 12 Dec 2007.

Went to pay TNB deposit...saw chris (losing hair fast) and he say will be ready in March 08....and he also say now we can sell our unit at 250,000...but that one is he SAY only....Peace

Hi guys! Good Day!

For your information, Last time when I asked Chris about the parking lots, he said it will be allocated by the developer according to the floors.
Top floors should be nearer to the lobby as the cost is higher compared to the lower floors....
Why suddenly now have to go for cabut.....
For those who bought the top floors..like 10 above..already we paid a higher cost....isn't it fair that we get the ones nearer to the lobby....?

What's your view?

i understand that you pay more for higher floor but that doesnt mean that you should get better car park. The extra money paid is because you floor is located higher and has got nothing to do with the car park.
No offense but i believe random draw is a fair option.

Hi Prox, I understand your point. What you say is right under normal circumstances.. but in my case, before I bought the house, I did ask about the parking space to the sales guy and he promised that the ones nearer to the lobby are reserverd for top floors...including mine.

That is why i'm wondering why suddenly they have this cabut system.
I'm not saying those in top floors must have the parking lots nearer to lobby but in my case I feel that i'm being cheated......

Correct me if I'm wrong.

Hello fellow Renjana Ampang home owners / buyers,

I am Jane and had purchased the C block on the 12th Floor, country view.
It was interesting to read all your comments on Renjana Ampang. I passed by teh area and by surprise the Carrefour is 90% complete and we have yet to hear from our developer on the key issuance.

I am going to call the Developer Office to find out if they have any new information on this. Will post on this forum if I hear any news ( hopefully good one Very Happy

Glad to have a new memeber...

Well guys....for your info, i spoke to chris a week ago and according to him, they are still waiting for the MPAJ people to do the inspection for CF.
Most likely we'll be getting the keys by End of April or Beginning of May only.. Sad

Also asked about the landscaping that he promised before. It seems they have finished all Landscaping work inside the compound!!!! (Though I don't see anything interesting) and they will only start work near the entrance to the condo after getting the CF. Rolling Eyes

Wow...when i pay my TNB deposit in November chris say they r applying for CF...Now January oledi still not yet......is something wrong or ineffiency?

hi, i agreed as wat yap said. i called chris on end of december, he said now only want to apply, which is not match that wat he had said when i go made TNB deposit. Different day different people call, sure will get different answer. :?: :?: :?: :?: :shock:

Good job seshatri for putting up the photo....As mentioned by Seng, we do not know whats going on with the developer? Always tell us construction finish and waiting for CF...anyone knows how long does the application of CF takes?

Carrefour also going to open this month oledi....when i pay the 10% deposit, the carrefour place still empty land...now they going to open oledi...we still here wait...wait....and more wait....
