| Do u guys know which bank can waive income evidence document for refinancing package? |

hi extrarm, as i know no bank will do this way. we need to have your income document to have the approval. If your income is not enough, then you might need to pledge the FD with the bank at least within the bonding period. Do feel free to contact me if you are interested in UOB housing loan package. 
our rate now is whole tenure @ BLR-2.0%, is a zero moving cost.

Actually if youdont mind, can you email me your details, then let me see how can i help you? and most important thing is do you pay your montly installment promptly every months? if yes, then should be no problem.

Good day,
As per your enquiries, we're able to waive income documents if your loan outstanding falls below 80% of the current market value. We shall require only your photocopies of I/C and S&P. On top of that, you could still loan additional 10% of your loan outstanding for standby fund.
FYI, HSBC is running Refinance Package at promotional rate this month.
Please provide me your email so that I could explain more in details.
