Hey guys, interested to get a house a Puchong area as the property there still in affordable price but because i am not living at Puchong so not sure about the good/prime location there. Any recommendations?

I'm also looking for a terrace house at Puchong side on behalf of my brother,looks like around the IOI mall side.2 storey will do,Budget around 200K.

Wish to get a landed property/townhouse. Budget is around Rm 200,000-Rm250,000. Not really sure about the location as not staying at Puchong but preferable near to PJ. Is there any recommended new property.

R u looking for Puchong area Only? Cuz if you wanted the area nearer to PJ, wat not, 2-sty house at Taman Bukit Kinrara. After the Sunway Tol, all the way go straight to the fly-over. there are lots of new development on ur right hand site. further up there's a Giant Supermarket. Other than that puchong area with ur price range, Puchong Jaya 2sty also nearer to PJ site.
