Hi any comments about the investment potential of this condo in Seputeh. Old though it may be, it is:-

freehold
strata title issued
1090 sqft goin for bout RM190K
rental at bout 1000 per month

With d opening of the Gardens, the investment potential should be very good.

Funny though, the price of this condo did not appreciate at all for d past few years. Location wise, it is so central to town?

What do u guys think?

Alot of the tenants there love a particular exotic scent. If you do not find that a put-off, it's a wonderfully convenient place to stay. Moreover, the commuter station is just a hop away.
