hi, any interested ppl on puchong preperty.. i have come across the setia walk.. there is still got 6 units of 6 level shoplot not yet sell off.. and the new condo just started to launch... pls take in consideration those 6 units not the unsold block.. is the cancelled from client failed to obtain the loan.. anything still can refer to me, i may lead you to developer staff

Puchong Gateway Phase 2 (Gateway Square) is open for sale. There's 2, 3, 4 storey shop with range of 778k (2s) ~ 2mil (4s). There's an early bird discount of 30k during last weekend but dunno still available or not now. Check out their website .://..newfields.com.my/ its updated with the phase 2 info.

Developer has confirmed that Macdonald is going to set up shop (standalone with drive thru) beside Petronas.

its seems motorist from putrajaya/cyberjaya need to make u turn before toll plaza to enter the Puchong Gateway..as i cant see any juction near the Esso..
