Their phase 1 shop lots fully sold already. I think only left 1 units. Total 104 units. Sold within 3 weeks.

hi, any interested ppl on puchong preperty.. i have come across the setia walk.. there is still got 6 units of 6 level shoplot not yet sell off.. and the new condo just started to launch... pls take in consideration those 6 units not the unsold block.. is the cancelled from client failed to obtain the loan.. anything still can refer to me, i may lead you to developer staff

3.5mils to 6mils and their apartment just start to sell 1+1 on 700 plus sq ft 270k and 2+1 is 350K |
