I try to look for property in Cheras area, could anybody can let me know any information about this? or where can i get those latest information from any webside? coz i have no time go to those developer office to get the information.
Cheras area like Pandan Jaya, Pandan Indah, Bandar Tasik Permaisuri, Salak Selatan, etc... more perfer to middle price flat, apartment or Condo.

u can try taman midah..got some apartment there and there is alot of apartment in Permaisuri..I think you need to go out to see it, as property buyer i think u need to know the place and surrounding..cannot just see it from intenet..

ic, been there before, some friends staying there also.
i work in permaisuri, just no time to visit their office during thier working time. that's y need to search from net 1st... save my time,,hehe..

I have sold my intermediate unit, double storey, 20x65 in Mahkota Cheras at RM 199, 900.00. Hope this info will be helpful to you.

marco...most of the houses in mahkota cheras is 20x65...but there are a couple of designs and finishings on different sections..

which section was your unit located at? is your 2nd level parque? cement stairs or the ones with full ceramic tiles?

btw...why did you sell it?

I initially bought the Mahkota Cheras for own staying.

But the construction progress is too slow that made me decided not to wait anymore and purchased another unit at Bandar Puteri.

Thus, no point holding 2 housing property.

The mentioned unit is Phase 8A, Seksyen5.

Am I selling below market value?

i guess you are a few grand under the market price..but very subjective as well as different units have different factors...

ie: how desperate is the owner, house direction,

any idea if in the future mahkota will have capital appreciation?
