Renovation work is going on, planning to move in beginning of December, but if renovation cannot be done in time, then will be January next year.

My unit is at 13a, type B.

When are u moving in? Have u applied for streamyx?

Checked some forums about izzi and wimax , and from a friend's opinion that the connection is not so good, in the sense that it always auto dc and redial. I also understand that it also depends on the location.


How's the connection of izzi in our condo?

But i will most probably use back Streamyx coz i still worry about the frequent auto dc and redial problems.

Anyone can introduce me the streamyx agent ? Got to ask them to do the wiring work now.

I have also install the Hexagon water treatment system. It cost me RM569/- plus installation

The water system is install next to the tap. It is just for direct drinking. It is more expensive if u buy it from Cosway. I found this agent in Lowyat .com.
I am using Streamyx ( wireless) in my present house. I will go to Telecom to find out more when I am about to shift into PSII.

Pengarah Penilaian Jabatan Penilaian dan Pegurusan Harta Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur Tingkat 5 Bangunan TH Perdana 1001 Jalan Sultan Ismail 50250 Kuala Lumpur Tarikh : 17 Mei 2005
Tuan, Per: Bantahan Kadar Nilaian Harta – Apartmen Jalil Damai Geran 42275, Lot 36099, Mukim Petaling, Daerah Kuala Lumpur Saya merujuk kepada perkara di atas dan kepada Notis Kenyataan Pindaan Senarai Nilaian bertarikh 20/04/2005.
Terlebih dahulu saya ingin memohon maaf atas kelewatan untuk membuat bantahan bertulis terhadap cadangan Nilai Tahunan. Ini adalah kerana saya masih belum menetap di apartmen tersebut dan hanya mendapat notis tersebut semalam. Saya berharap bahawa walupun bantahan ini disampaikan kurang dari 10 hari sebelum tarikh pindaan pada 25/05/2005, bantahan tersebut akan mendapat pertimbangan yang sewajarnya. Saya adalah salah seorang daripada pemilik (state apartment particulars here). Menurut Notis Kenyataan Pindaan Senarai Nilaian, kadar yang dikenakan adalah RM648.00 setahun, iaitu pada kadar 6% daripada sewa yang ditafsirkan sebanyak RM10,800.00 setahun. Saya ingin membuat bantahan terhadap penilaian tersebut atas sebab-sebab berikut: (i) kadar sewa bulanan apartmen-apartmen di sini adalah lebih kurang RM600.00 sahaja sebulan (RM7,200.00 setahun) – (sumber: Star Metro Classifieds bertarikh 17/05/2005 di mukasurat 11). Lebih-lebih lagi, adalah sukar untuk mendapat penyewa disebabkan masalah-masalah urusan dalaman dan kekurangan kemudahan-kemudahan awam berdekatan; (ii) jalanraya-jalanraya berdekatan yang menyambungkan apartmen tersebut ke Lebuhraya Shah Alam (KESAS) dan Lebuhraya Sungai Besi – Puchong telah dibina dan diselenggarakan oleh syarikat induk pemaju apartmen tersebut iaitu Ho Hup Construction Company Bhd; (iii) hentian teksi dan bas di belakang apartmen tersebut telah dibina oleh pihak pemaju dan bukannya Dewan Bandaraya. Lebih-lebih lagi, hentian teksi di Lebuhraya Shah Alam (KESAS) telahpun dibina oleh pemegang konsesi pembina lebuhraya tersebut. well... the deadline for the appeal letter was on 9th of nov means 10 days before the "tarikh pindaan" and I din find any good reasons asking them to revise the charges.

what you guys have done?

btw, i've moved into my unit.... but my cabinets are not yet fix ...

yesterday goto check my mail box~ when i read my electric bill... i get shock~~ guess wat~~?
the electric bill for this month is ard RM80~~!!!!
walao~~ i not even start stay there, how can get this amount??
