I grew up in damansara area. Now working already staying wif parents. Seems like nearly impossible to afford a place where i grew up in.
Banks can only loan up to 200-300k depending on salary. tat oso wif 90% financing. hmmm looks like either have to buy apartments or stay miles and miles away.
what else do people feel? is there a chance of prices falling or at least stayin stable for the next few yearS? |
