I'm a newbie in this forum.

Recently I'm starting to look for an apartment or condo for own-occupied purpose. This is my 1st property, and my budget oso limited (restrict by study loan Sad and oni 1.5 yr working) around RM200k (incl all simple furniture, renovation, lawyer fees).

The following are my requirement:
1. min 950 sqft
2. prefer wangsa maju, jelatek, setiawngsa, melati, melawati area coz work in KL (o other area near to KL)
3. low maintenance cost
4. Freehold or leasthold (any comment?)
5. Easy resell or rent out, will buy landed property after 10 years.(actually more preferable is landed property, since not enough budget).

Is tat information enough for all of you to introduce me?
