Hi
Anyone can help me on tis? Wat is actually "Perfection of Charge"
2. Currently i'm in the midst of refinancing my loan. Already signed the MOT. Original bank (1st bank) lawyer ask me to execute Perfection of charge and together with invoice amounting rm800++. Do I need to execute the POC and pay? or just ignore and let 2nd bank lawyer (refinance lawyer) do the necessary. |
