Anyone know about the market price of terrace house In Bukit Mertajam Penang? The build up about 2,400 sq ft. I heard the price has been gone up from RM3xxK to RM4xxK for such a house. Not sure the price will be go up again?
BTW, looks like this forum talk more about the property in KL. I hope there is someone who is interested to talk about the property in Penang. Anyone from Penang  |
