have any of u heard about Pearly Regency project by IJM in Penang Island? I think this is a nice development with masterplan and located next to the sea... please share ur opinion on this development...

hi kozzan, i heard that IJM Pearl Regency is not a good investment for foreigner.

Humor saying that foreigner buyer cant sell the house within five years. have to lock in with the unit atleast 5 years.
thats humor, so i cant sure its true or not.

i tried to call the sales office, but they cant give me the answer as well.

since you're looking at the penang property, why not you try for E&O project as well... the reclaim land in tanjung tokong... the project's name is seri tanjung pinang if not mistaken.

heard that they are planning to launch the condo in Oct and November.

did anyone heard that Menara IJM near to E-Gate collapsed in 2008?

I heard it from one of my contractor's firend.

I can't get any news about this from internet, so i just want to confirm is this the real happend or not. please advise.
