went to the sales gallery yesterday...location wise quite good juz beside federal highway...very near to sunway/subang and also midvalley...if lrt..nearest would be asia jaya, but not within walking distance, entry from Jln 225 there, they are building commercial area by taipan and sunway grp call sunway pj 51. near to some basic ammenities like bank too. check on the

the only disturb thing bout this project is the surrounding area..comprise of own built house and some company warehouse...

price around 230/sqft...currently giving 10% discount..land title residential but leasehold...surrounding condo rental yields around 1.2k-1.5k non-furnish...any experts here can giv some tips?

KL SENTRAL do show roadshow for this property.
It's just right in front of KL SENTRAL Putra LRT , anybody who interested may just drop by and take a look.

Was there this afternoon, units facing KL left 3 units 1143sq type, still got quite a number left for units facing Subang. Almost book one unit... but then I went for a drive around the vicinity, realized that the access roads are quite narrow either from Jalan 225 or 222. Although the car park is higher than those buildings in the surroundings (own built house/shop houses - at the back) and (small industrial factories/offices - at the front), I got a feeling that traffic jam is always been issue judging by the fact that there are so many motorbikes and car parked by the roadside for those who work in the factories/offices.

I'm holding back for now. Will look around again. You may call this agent - Alan 012-2842308

I bought 2 units .Altho facing subang,I think it is better than KL view as you will be looking over the rooftops of the warehouses(worse if its on the lowwer floors).Some units might even be looking towards the cemetery.

My units could be noisier as it faces the highway,but then again,the fed HW curves away from the units so I hope it works out fine.

wow...Appview, you bought 2 units somemore, for investement purpose? how much u get yours? Well, im keen on to get one unit for own staying as well. not sure is it within my budget....Check out their site but not much info.....Appreciate if you can share more. Thanks Smile

Is consider reasonable price in PJ area. However, the block that offer for sales now is Block D which is 16 units per floor sharing 3 lifts and there are 20 over storey.

Block A, B and C has lesser unit but think the price is going to increased to RM300-RM320 psf.

Is quite good and the additional fitting they gives is nice.

Too bad it is too far from my place.ha

Wouldn't that decrease the popularity of the development?
