The place was once not so favourable by investors due to abandoned projects were high,but it has now begun to emerge as those Talam' abandoned housing area had now being taken over by IJM. (Require confirmation on this? Anyone? ) Thanks..

I had received blue print of the overall township as well that the area is projecting two integrated smart school (Primary and Secondary) - Chinese and Bumi in the next 2-3 years. Tesco had acquired a land nearby, could be established in the next 1-2 years. Transportation hub by 2010...More commercial shoplots...

The developer is relatively quite new in terms of its development background, they had been contractor suppliers for years until recently they just evolved and gained their status upgraded to developer, acquired quite a number of acres of land from Talam with over 60 millions and will be aggressively promoting high, middle end terraces to the public, launching of at least 6 phases of housing development in the within 3-4 years...

Lebar Daun is developing a few phases of low density single and double storey linkhouses in the area. Phase 1 was sold to good reception, mainly due to the very limited number of units.
