Hi,
Anyone know abt the Alam Sanctuary developer (Permatanah.Sdn.Bhd)? Are they cheating and anything from your experience?
Im looking double stoorey house as condition below:
* Freehold
* < $280k
* Bandar Kinrara or Sri Kembangan area
Did anyone know any new launch at this area ? |

Hi Wyne,
The land is free from encumbrances, this indicates that the developer is financially strong. Plus the individual title are all issued out.
It's located at Seri Kembangan area, the show unit is ready soon.
The double storey snapping up quite fast considering is a soft launch.
The official launch will be next month when the show units ready

Wyne, am extremely grateful for the websites you enclosed. It really helps. I like the style of the property. It's modern and looks spacious. Much to my liking.
Did you say this is leasehold?.
That will certainly a minus point to all potential buyers like me.
Wayne..l will be following your write-ups and hopefully you will up-date me on all the current housing development projects in Malaysia.

Hi All,
I'm attracted by the lanscape and security in Alam Sanctuary and plan to get 1 unit ....problem is i'm working in Damansara. I'm not familiar with seri kembangan, what will be the travel distance from here to Damansara? Any expressway connected...tks! |

| u have to bear either with the LDP highway or the Sg Besi highway traffic. there's no other choice. |

| hey tks...my budget can't get me a gated unit in damansara or even kepong. looks like i will need to get use to the heavy traffic. Desa Parkcity is way too ex for me. Any suggestions for gated projects nearer to Damansara? |

hi all,
Alam santuary is besides the highway rite? not far from Mardi....315k for a leasehold is a bit steep for me  but i like equine park area... maybe i'll drop by to see the show house next weekend....gate.....free2 years....hmmm.....after that donno how much have to pay....but since got bungalow lot should be nice.....what concerns me is the 2-story linkhomes seems to be at the main road....and there's no end road....meaning u can only park ur car in porch or infront of ur gate...that's my understanding and analysis so far.......
