I bought 1 unit in Desa Villas, Section 10. 1323 sq feet 8th floor for 295k
Slightly below market price. Well this place is worth checking out as its low density , 9 floorsx 8 Units perfloor. 10th floor isa rooftop garden. Its surrounded by 16 town villas . Where else can u find a low-dense property in Setapak/Wangsa Maju Area ????

hi i'm derrick from public bank. from my point of view... for investment purposes.. i think platinium vitory on phrase 3 not bad... i just done one financing on PV10 or 11-forgot (is the one yellow in color behind golf and lake). under construction is on 2006 purchase - 169k plus plus but my client bought it completed from vendor last few month the price already 255k. if you feel confortable on take 2 years risk of construction then that may consider... because the mix project surrounding it may boom the price... anything i can assist may contact me.. 0163230441

ops...i got one case last month for danau kota is purchase prise on 225k around 1k sq ft too
