| Hi i am buying a completed apartment at RM130k. Need loan for 90%+5% MOF. I am interested with flexible interest rate and early principal payment made without notice. Any banks that can offer more interesting rate? Currently the best i have is from CIMB at BLR-1.7%. Please advise on other interesting rate. |

Would like to offer my service to you, but sadly for loans below RM150k, my bank don't really offer any good rates (if that is important to you). Maybe BLR -1.5% or i can only match CIMB offer if you have good profile.
If you want something really flexible, opt for those FLEXI/LINK package where you get a Current Account as well as the Loan account. With that you have the true 'flexible' management towards your own extra prepayment/withdrawal.
The only downside that is the Current Account might have service charges imposed on you, RM5 from my bank while RM10 from most other banks ... |

I knew that some bank would not offer loan below RM150k but just wondering whether there is any bank of FI can give me an offer. |

Dear friend,
By not taking up any loan (loan/cc) before does not mean you have a good profile.
It might actually affect you because there is no record of your payment style. |
