Hi, I am currently looking for an apartment cost less than RM 150K for staying / investment.
I hv identify a few based on the location, can someone knowledgeable comment on the potential of these properties?
1. SD Court - Bandar Sri Damansara
2. Sri Ara Apt - Ara Damansara
3. Meadow Park 2/3 - Jalan Klang Lama
4. Nova 2 - Segambut
5. Goodyear Court 7 - USJ
6. Lily apartment - Kelana Jaya
7. Pantai Indah Apt - Pantai Dalam
Really appreciate some input from the experts to make decision.

Property investors who'd like to get 100% loan to buy properties, I have a friend who can help you. Properties with good rental in hot locations will be recommended. Only applies to those who are qualified.
If you are
- Age <30 years old
- Salary >RM1700
- EPF > 1 year
- Have no existing housing loan
- Good paymaster i.e. pay credit cards on time

Cheap properties in KL are hard to find.
If you're looking for one in PJ which is DIRT CHEAP, you can consider Flora Damansara. Going from RM53,842 per lot of 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms.
Buying terms and conditions are too much to type in here. Instead, I'll give you some references.
