Hi,

since i didn't get any response from the property investment link, thought ill give a try here coz i feel ths would be the right place to ask these kind of questions.

so anyways the question is about condo units in seri maya, jalan jelatek, which are selling around 400-500K for a 1350++ sqft unit. I wonder whether its really overpriced and are there speculations that the owners would at some point sell for a lower price? but my take was with the development going on in the area, im predicting that the price will continue to rise. Coz im wondering if a person were to buy now at this price, will he still be able to make a profit in the future.

Im asking coz im really interested in this development and eventhough the price has gone up, feel that its still worth to get one now before its too late. how much do u think is an ideal price for a unit there now? as i know some owners who are selling their units are making close to 100k clean profit!!
