Hi, I need some advice here for this new project, the townhouse build up is 2700sf, going at RM650k. The location is next to a high tension power station. It is a gated community, 48 units only ( 30 units bumi lots, 18 units non-bumi).

Urgently need some advice. Please help!

I think the negative side as follow:

1. Too expansive.
2. Leasedhold
3. High tension wire not good fen shui and health as well.
4. Too many bumi lots, whcih mean appreciate is limited.
5. Access is limitedwith the one way out to ex-sony junction.

With RM650k, please get a second hand house at Mutiara Damansara, build up about the same with freehold and high appreciation value. It is near to shopping, access is good and G&G as well. Furthermore, individual title and townhouse is strata title.
