Dear Agnes,
I am Apple, a woman.
I have went in there thinking of buying but not within my budget as I am only one to pay for the house loan.
It's freehold and no blocking view. The land itself is already considered high so from far u can see it's standing tall.
The selling price is always around RM190 (advertised).
