Hi, checking the best rate for double storey terrace house in bandar puteri puchong, pv around 500k and under construction.

Please quote both ZMC / NZMC for 90% margin of finance with MRTA.

The two package u asked as below:
ZMC : First Year : 3.80 p.a
Therefore : BLR-2.0

NZMC : First Year : 0%
Therefore : BLR-2.0

I think pbbank only offer semi-flex package, pls confirm.
