Hi,
Looking for most competitive and flexible home loan for the following:
1. House price : RM598,000
2. MoF : 80%
3. ZEC or non-ZEC : whichever is lowest
4. Option for MRTA
The house is under construction and complete in two years time.
Please email me your proposal.

So far the rate offer is at BLR -2.00 for non free cost and BLR -1.80% for free moving cost. Actually i depend the higher of your loan amount, the more chance you get the special rate. |

Hi LongBeforeHorn, do you get the loan already? If not then want to try our bank? Currently we are offering BLR-2.0% for ZEC.
