hi,

i'm looking for bank that accept block/master title.

So far i'm buying an apartment in Cheras area, it only have 1 master title for the whole block of 40 units apartment, so far i know the fixed-rate loan company like ING, AIA don't accept this, as well as PB Crying or Very sad , not sure the rest of the banks, any1 of you mortgage/loan consultant know and very sure if your bank accept this, can PM me, thx Wink

is that possible you list of the detail of developer and the name of project? without that we cannt check what is the main concern of the block here.

As long as not belongs to TALAM or IJM or BERJAYA development property, then should be fine

HSBC can do.

We call it RE-ASSIGNMENT & Assignment, since it is still under master title.

hi guys,

thx so much for your feedbacks.

According to my SPA, the developer is Homestake Development Sdn Bhd, so far not able to locate them online. The apartment i'm buying i think is over 10 yrs of age, maybe more.

I'll later forward more details to your emails so that you guys can look into it and if can help me out.
