looking for home loan to finance my intended house in klang botanic
quantum of loan im looking is 80% aprox 620000rm.Im msian based overseas so need to know eligiblity n the age is 45.mrta quote shld be included n minimum lock in period

Since u working oversea, our bank require a guarantor (Except for those working in singapore and brunei)who is local residential and also your income statement. And our bank is offering BLR-2.0 for free legal documentation with 5 years lock in time. Do let me know if u interested to finance or more informations in our bank. Thank you.

Hi thilaq, my name is azlan from CIMB. So far what i need from you is the full address of the house and the land area. May I know what type of house it is?
In term of documentation we need document such offer letter and VISA because this two is very important to show your work status. Our minimum lock in period is 5 years and as for you RM38k....

For the income documentation, i need 3 months payslip, the bank statement (show salary credited in), and also the employment letter.

Personally i am not a banker from Selangor/KL area so i do not know if this is a completed or a new project.
Basically, it depends on where you work. If it is Singapore, then it is fine.. it have done tons of case for Msian based in Singapore.
The only extra documents needed are work permit or IC of the country if you are a PR there.
For Ambank, you can loan up to 65 yrs old. Lock in is generally 5 years from the date of letter offer |
