Hi All Bankers,
We just placed a downpayment for a Desa Gembira (No. 6 Jalan 1/127A Off Kuchai Lama 58200 KL) on 26.07.2008.
We need a 90% loan + 5% MRTA for 10-15 years.
We are both Malaysian working in Singapore.

We need a banker who is responsible, efficient and ready to keep us informed at all times via sms or emails. Besides this mortgage loan, we may need personal loan for renovation. If you are very busy with other clients or things, please don't reply.
Alliance Bank banker need not reply because I was told your bank don't cover that area.
