What can one do to confirm the actual plot size of a house?
Could one claim against the developer if the land area is much smaller than as stated on the S&P?
My situation is this :-
The S&P, title and Quit Rent bill from MPPJ state - the land area is 3,980 sq ft.
We did our own measurement after obtaining the keys and found that the land area at best is only 3,600 sq ft - short by 280 sq ft even with generous allowance for wall width. And that is almost 4 ft short off the width or lenght.
