Guys,

Any idea with Klang Valley 2 Storey Terrace House Investment Analysis in 3 years time? Planned to buy one with roughly less than or equal to RM300K++ for own stay now, and later to sell if selling price is good..

I have some identified location, but not sure with their potential..

Bandar Kinrara, Puchong (Puchong Jaya, Bandar Puteri), Subang Bestari and etc..

Kindly advise.. TQVM!

Hi there

Me too, intend to purchase a 2-sty terrace property for own stay. Budget is RM400k. 2nd hand (new) units also can be considered.

After looking & looking, I still end up with Puchong or Cheras.

Other than Bandar Kinrara which has got good reviews (I&P), are there any other areas in Puchong worth investing with easy access?

For Cheras, any particular area is good (but prefer somewhere out at Taman Connaught and not anything after Phoenix due to the bad jam).

400K you can buy a house at wangsa melawati / taman melawati area but is second hand, but the value will sure increase as this is a popular and demand place.
