Thanks.

I 'tried' talking to one of their sales persons during the Mapex in Midvalley recently, trying to learn more about the Ken project. It was like talking to a wooden door. This girl should not be doing sales.

I managed to talk to one of the lady staff during the first day of Mapex in PWTC few weeks ago. According to her:
Ken 3 built up from 1000sqf ++, price from 180K onwards.
Facilities are more basic and the maintenance fees is lower as well compared to Ken 2.
Expected launching will be middle of this year.

Their Ken 2 seems like still got a lot of unsold unit, guess they are learning the lesson from Ken 2.

When I go to Mapex in Midvalley, yes they only have a few unit left. But when I go to Mapex in PWTC which is earlier this month, I saw a lot of unsold unit, 50%> with price around 280K++.

Ken 2 have 2 block, maybe it's the 2nd block that just open out for sale?

If i'm not mistaken they were talking about both blocks earlier. There could be some miscommunication. BUt generally they said much earlier that all the 300K and below units were sold out.

I really interest also on Ken III but wat time it going to lauch?

Ken I is from around 258k...Ken II is damm expensive, around 350k..because last weekend i go to the Ken II show room.

so it is possible Ken III cheaper than Ken I. If around 200k and freehold..it is really good investment for that ...

it is my opinion..:p

At 180k, it should look pretty low cost too i think. It should be next to Ken Damansara 1 and 2, Casa Damansara 1 and 2 and the soon to be launched Casa Suites (serviced apartment)

Hmm from an image perspective, i really dont think its a good idea for them to dilute their project like that...some low end some high end, on a small plot of land and using the same name.

yea, maybe a bit low cost, especially a 180K freehold at heart of ss2. but i reckon most units' price will hover over 200K, with <200K at low floor + smaller units. with those prices, it fits well for the broad market, esp those young gen.

a sales rep told me, it's along side jasmine n ken II, beside jasmine, so it's further away from ken II, and i saw there's flat construction of some sort between kenII n jasmine. guess hv to wait till launching to confirm

I went to MAPEX in Sunway Pyramid last Saturday. From my chit-chat one of salesperson, there are still available units from KEN II! Are demands for condo. project so bad in general or just PJ area?

Banzai,

You are right. This is not launch yet. This is what my friend told me "Ken III will be cheaper than Ken II" because of the location is not next to Ken II and Ken I.

You need to take another route to Ken III. Ken III will be next to Jasmine Tower.

May be my friend is wrong because he is not a happy owner at Ken I.

For me, I went to see his unit. I think it is not bad.... may be he is just an unhappy owner. Rolling Eyes

mind to share what your friend is unhappy about ken I? kinda interested in ken III but never really got the feel of staying in a condo in ss2. i guess traffic jam and crowded-feel is one thing for sure Sad

Btw, luxor will be lauching a higher end condo beside jasmine, which is beside ken III. Man with those narrow roads, cant imagine how the traffic will be :/

My friend didnt complain about the traffic. He used to stay at SS2.

He just mentioned that the management is not good.

I think every condo owner has problem with their managment. right?
