The new launching 22x70 terrace house which is bigger by 4 sqfeet cost RM353k now.

Still worth buying? Price different of almost 50k for about 2 months.

Well, i'm one of the earlier purchases for the Indah Residences 22 x 70 at 308k...

For the new launch this weekend at 353k, i guess its mainly due to the 30% increase in construction materials and development cost...

However, if you were wondering does the 4 sqft extra from the previous 2,100 sqft does make a difference?

Well, despite having the similar facade, the IR2 actually offers a slightly different layout than IR's.... the Kitchen is significantly larger, with the bathroom moved to the rear replacing the storeroom 2 (based on the IR layout), and the bedroom 3 now gets attached to that bathroom.

In short, if you compare IR2 from IR, u get a bigger kitchen, attached bathroom for bedroom 3 with 1 storeroom less.

Anyway, to justify the new IR2 price tag, they 'might' have just included all the optionals offered to us for IR, as a standard for the IR2. And believe me, those options aren't exactly cheap...

Alarm System, Wiring Upgrade (Electrical, TV, Tel, A/C), Ground/1st Floor/Porch Flooring Options all adds up to close to a 20k premium over the 308k standard price tag.

This you could check with them...
