Price for 22x70 terrace house RM 353k.

Frankly speaking, if KU today costs RM353K, I doubt there is any established area could cost lesser than that.. even Bandar Parkland in a bit isolated location nowadays also cost > RM250K.

So what else you could expect if you are targetting places like Puchong, PJ? Definitely you need to get ready RM500K min. if you wish to live in those areas.
