called William on last 2 days asking for the blok B status, he said the CF is in process & waiting for approval, handling of key maybe on middle of june or end of june (expected)  |

unfortunately william is not there.
off day.

recepti tu. he said they just submitted
the cf thing few days before. it will
take 3 month for the CF thing.
i was like.. 'eh, last month when i called,
juta mine said alredi submitted on may.
how come now u said just a few days?
n 3 month somemore to wait?'
he was like.. 'err.. yeah. yeah. but
the document have some problem.
wait. i go n see the blok b ppl. oh. sorry.
they go 4 meeting. can u come again?'
i was like.. 'hmmpphh.. can i go n see
the pool?'

hi, i'm new and funny enough  to book and then only found out there are threads/forum since 2005.
i book for rm5k block b13-8 (947sf), on 6/6/07 selling price 207880 discount 10% = 187092 actually the total price paid + booking = 192092.00, free complete student furniture package (I guess @RM8 to 9k only)
Through jutamines agent i supposed (Mr. Peter Wong). basically we met at alamanda promotions on 4/6/07 then visit showrooms on 6/6/07
+ve, near mines, upm, serdang hospital, ktm, easy access (probably wednesday), view not that bad (for my unit)
-ve, dirty shop lots nearby
loan not yet apply
Please do inform any news regarding this place for me. I'm from kelantan investing in KL, who knows, my children might be studying in UPM  .

anyhow - its not that near to KTM though. You can walk for 30min to reach the station if you want though. But there are buses, public and UPM buses alike.
anyhow, i am waiting for new shops and convenient stores to be opened at the shoplot beside JutaMines. Probably a 7 Eleven, a 20h 'wet market' shop, atleast 1 pharmacy, a clinic :p . dun think that is too much to ask !! |

at booking time, we was informed that block a already occupied. Left a few units about 5 i think, block b about 15-20 units if not mistaken. we want to have a look at our unit but mr. peter wong said underconstruction for safety reason, okay fair enough. ihope they will relocate the forklift near the main entrance, so not nice for condo?  |

pakej grill tu, if i'm not mistaken la.
anyway, hopefully dpt kunci cpt. dah
bosan duduk rumah org.. hehehe.. |

the kilang? or jalan masuk blok a
tu? hehehe.. but i agree abt the 7E
thing. serius.
actually, kalau touch up sket kedai
dpn tu, all those shop u mention can
be there. n actually juta mines ok, but
environment not very nice la, kan.

anyhow, there will be a lot of new shops beside entrance two. hopefully we will see some nice shops there. if not business minded JUTAminers please open some shops there. we market please. so that i can get fresh fish, chicken, vege there. malas nak pergi pasar lah. |

unit. nmpk mcm almost full booked
la. but, till 2006 i tgk masih ada
lg iklan juta mines. means masih
byk lg la unit yg tak isi..
abt UPM things, i cannot be sure la.
heheh.. coz dulu masa nk bli they
said my unit will facing the lake.
now, i can see the lake but only
if i use a telescope la. hehehe.. |

bah !! me coursemates :LOL: meaning UPM buses all day long to UPM - meaning passing through KTM and Mines hehehehe how convenient. need to speak to UPM graduate school on that :p |

| Yes they did show the letter from UPM PG office, cannot remember, the officer name, if not can verified. This is for rental purposes, agreement will be prepred by jutamines management and then rental collection directly to owner account. BUT sayang also to rent out. |
