students? if we are to rent to students, it best to set a maximum tenant of 5 for A type. This is to prevent over crowding in the units and rediculous issue of car park. 5 students some with five cars  if student with family, no problem. |

| yea...car park issues is quiet troublesome,but they live wit families...i mean the kids studies in upm...actually trying to find 2 condo for my relatives in juta mines.Since juta mines have gym,pool n all those facilities,it would be great for small family to live there..anyone......??sape nak rent out their lot?but they want fully furnish,if the price goes up to 900 per mth or 1k pun tak kesah....as long as fullllllllllllllyyyyyy furnish. |

tapi mmg untuk mase pindah2 nanti la..
the nearest access form the lorry to the lift area..
dari multilevel car park mmg lori2 takleh masuk
thats y i think its somewhere near to lobby area block B |

been told that CF application has been submitted. Galian Juta is now waiting for the people from majlis perbandaran to do the inspection.
They are still targeting June to get the key :p |

looking at the pic of the guard house really worries me - Can a factory be SO CLOSE to a residential area???!!! Really gonna be a hazard and big talking point if something happens to the factory (like burned dow....  )
Is jutamines/local authority aware of the situation and can we aprroach them n that matter...  |
