the side facing the highway appears to be nearing completion. the paints is 100% completed. They are currently paiting the balcony "barrier" :p and reintalling the balcony glasses :p .. the side facing kolam tahi is a different story. |

any new pics of the complex.? How complete is the completed unit as they already asked the bank for the last payment???

aiyo where got. William said we only paid 80%. 20% on another sheet of paper lah !! He said if we receive the last peace of progressive payment sheet, it means we get our KEYS !!! 
My bank loan statement is showing 30K short of the total loan figure !! |

Hye everyone,
last wekend, i've booked a unit in Block A for rm200. Unfortunately, bcoz of some typical-lazy-gomen-makcik, i have to hold my purchase since i'm not eligible yet to make the housing loan. i do really need advice whether should i juz let my money there or take it back since it's going to take me another 2-3months until i can make the loan.
and if there's any owner who willing to sale their unit, plz email me. tq. |

nampak mcm dh siap jek. tinggal
beberapa tompokan simen yang masih
nampak di dinding blok b. selain drpd
tu, sme nampak cam dh siap jek.
cant wait to get the key to surprise
my mom how small it is. hehehehe..
mesti dia terperanjat gila n start
comparing to this n that. hehehehe.. |

major work around block B almost finish..
they are doing all the make-up2 thingy
espcially the road and also the car park..
tompokan2 simen baru.. even block A pun banyak lagi

kementerian perumahan
again abt the loan la kan.
juta mines dh claim utk
80% punya. means tak lama
lagi boleh dpt kunci la, eh? |

hi melly i intend to sell my unit at block A, level 4 facing to the shop lots, Fyi i have installed light & fitting, built in wardrobe at master bedroom with dressing table (cost=abot rm 2500), grill & i willing to sell my unit at developer price since im going to shift to KL, kindly please give me ur email address.. |
